SH is a non government / non profit organization registered in Greece, formed in the spirit of bringing communities together through education , raising resources for the long-term future, nurturing relationships and connections that build a sense of community. With Volunteering and Philanthropy as a means, SH seeks to act as a bridge between NGOs, Corporate Sector, Trusts and Foundations, Volunteers and the rest of civil society and achieve the greater end of fruitful engagement between different sectors of the civil society through education.

Η SH είναι ένας μη κυβερνητικός/μη κερδοσκοπικός οργανισμός εγγεγραμμένος στην Ελλάδα, που δημιουργήθηκε με το πνεύμα της ένωσης κοινοτήτων μέσω της εκπαίδευσης, της συγκέντρωσης πόρων για το μακροπρόθεσμο μέλλον, της καλλιέργειας σχέσεων και συνδέσεων που χτίζουν την αίσθηση της κοινότητας. Με τον Εθελοντισμό και τη Φιλανθρωπία ως μέσο, η SH επιδιώκει να λειτουργήσει ως γέφυρα μεταξύ των ΜΚΟ, του εταιρικού τομέα, των καταπιστευμάτων και των ιδρυμάτων, των εθελοντών και της υπόλοιπης κοινωνίας των πολιτών και επιτυγχάνει το βέλτιστο αποτέλεσμα της γόνιμης δέσμευσης μεταξύ διαφορετικών τομέων της κοινωνίας των πολιτών μέσω της εκπαίδευσης.
